Free In-Home Estimate
~60 minutesWe visit your home to measure, assess your current siding, and discuss your goals. We bring physical color samples so you can see colors in your home's actual lighting. You'll receive a detailed, itemized written estimate. No vague quotes, no pressure.

Project Planning & Scheduling
3–7 days after approvalOnce you decide to move forward, we handle all the details. We order your materials, confirm color selections, secure any necessary permits, and schedule your installation window. You'll receive a clear timeline so you know exactly when to expect us.
What to expect:
- Material ordering with your exact color and product selection
- Permit application if required by your municipality
- Installation date confirmed, typically within 2–4 weeks
- Pre-job walk-through call to review timeline and access
Site Preparation
Day 1 of installationBefore a single board goes up, we prepare your property. This includes protecting landscaping and walkways, setting up material staging areas, and performing a detailed inspection of your home's sheathing to identify any rot or damage that needs repair before siding installation.

- Sheathing and substrate condition inspection
- Rot or damage identification and repair quote if needed
- Material delivery and site organization
Siding Removal
½ to 1 dayWe remove your existing siding carefully and systematically. Old material is sorted, loaded, and hauled away. Your property stays clean throughout the process. Any discovered moisture damage, rot, or insulation issues are documented and addressed before new siding installation begins.
What to expect:
- Complete removal of existing siding
- Thorough inspection of exposed sheathing
- Identification and documentation of any issues found
- Full disposal of old material. No mess left behind
Weather Barrier & Flashing
Part of installationThe most important (and most overlooked) step in siding installation. We install a high-performance weather-resistant barrier over your sheathing, then carefully flash all windows, doors, penetrations, and corners. This layer is your home's true moisture defense.
What to expect:
- Full house wrap / weather-resistant barrier installation
- All window and door openings properly flashed
- Penetration (outlets, hose bibs, etc.) sealed
- Corners and transitions properly sealed
James Hardie Installation
2–5 daysOur factory-trained crews install your James Hardie siding to manufacturer specifications, the exact requirements that activate and validate your 30-year product warranty. Fastener spacing, overlap, and clearances are all precisely controlled and documented.
What to expect:
- Installation per James Hardie's exact specifications
- Documented fastener patterns for warranty compliance
- Precise board overlap and alignment
- Color Plus panels handled carefully to preserve factory finish
Trim, Caulk & Final Details
1 dayThe finishing work separates a good installation from a great one. We carefully install all trim boards, corner pieces, and soffit details. Every seam and joint that requires caulk is carefully caulked with a caulk compatible with your Color Plus finish.
What to expect:
- All trim boards, corners, and soffit details installed
- Caulking at all appropriate joints and transitions
- Touch-up paint applied where needed
- Final alignment and quality inspection of every panel
Final Walkthrough & Cleanup
1–2 hoursWhen the work is complete, we walk the entire perimeter with you to review the finished installation. We point out any areas of note, answer questions, and ensure you're completely satisfied. We then perform a thorough final cleanup, leaving your property cleaner than we found it.
What to expect:
- Full perimeter walkthrough with you
- Review of any areas of note or follow-up
- Complete site cleanup. All debris removed
- Warranty registration information and documentation
